Callum offers his insights from his lived experience with autism to mentor and train individuals, organisations, schools, and universities by focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses to improve teamwork with and increase life choices for autistic individuals. He works with his business partner and mother, Caren, to make use of his individual experiences, strengths, and challenges as an autistic person to help others. The mother-and-son team see their work as a journey and a mission to help neurodivergent and neurotypical people truly understand each other, enabling them to work as a team. And to help autistic and other neurodivergent individuals become the best version of themselves and improve and increase their life choices.

Callum Gamble
Autistic Author, Mentor & Consultant
Callum L Gamble is an award-winning autistic British entrepreneur and author. As a well-known autism advocate and specialist, he speaks and mentors in schools and runs employer autism workshops. He works as an associate to provide autism training to Police Officers from the UK’s National Crime Agency on how to interview autistic candidates and suspects. He has experienced good and bad employment situations and provides guidance on how to enable autistic employees to become comfortable and productive in the workplace. His book, From The Dark Into The Light: How I Came To See The Positive Side of Autism (Amazon UK) tells his story from being a child struggling to speak to becoming a first-class honours graduate and award-winning entrepreneur. His motto is, “Start Believing that your Difference is your Strength.”
Caren Launus-Gamble
Autism Mentor & Consultant
Caren Launus-Gamble is Callum’s mother and business partner. Working as an autistic mother-and-son team, Caren co-presents with Callum at events and in workshops. Her experience as an autism parent, and 20 years in a managerial role in a large corporate organisation makes her an ideal lived-experience mentor and consultant for both the educational sector and organisations. She has supported Callum in an involved parent-school liaison capacity throughout his educational journey. In 2019, following Callum’s bad employment experience, she co-founded the award-winning digital agency and publishing firm Kreativeinc Agency Ltd with Callum and supports him now in a professional capacity as his business partner and colleague.
