Why should you hire us for a lived experience talk at your organisation?

Every person with autism is different, with their own stories, strengths and challenges. There is no stereotype, and it is important to listen to autistic lived experiences to become aware and understand the full spectrum of traits. It will help managers and colleagues understand and open their minds to taking an intuitive approach towards supporting their autistic staff. Callum offers his insights from his lived experience and provides tips on how managers and colleagues can build a strong working relationship with neurodivergent staff.

Our talks are in a talk-show style with role play elements, where Caren and Callum demonstrate autistic strengths, challenges, and employment experiences. They explain how managers and colleagues should focus on the strengths of a neurodivergent staff member to help them overcome their weaknesses and the positive actions they can take. We also introduce our U-finity Effect Theory, which outlines the peaks and pitfalls of working relationships with neurodivergent staff and how the pitfalls can be reduced over time.

You can see further details in our service breakdown on the right. We like to tailor our talks to your requirements, so get in touch via our contact form or book a free discovery call to see how we can work together. We look forward to hearing from you!
